CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Note : Once your booking is scheduled, it is a firm commitment and no longer available for other customers’ use. In the event you cancel, change or are more than 10 minutes late for your booking, NO REFUNDS will be issued. You may receive a ONE-TIME CREDIT to reschedule for a date within 7 calendar days of the original booking date. THIS MUST BE DONE THROUGH OUR GENERAL MANAGER.
